Village Greens Mixed-Use

We've completed construction of this mixed-use property built on the site of the former Village Greens Golf Course. The 34-acres of land now consists of an assisted-living facility, a medical office building, and six three-story apartment buildings totaling 216 apartments. The assisted-living facility was built on its own lot separate from the six apartment buildings, and the medical office building resides on a third lot at the corner of Broad Street and Penn Avenue. This triangular site includes three access points off of Broad Street, Reedy Road, and Cacoosing Avenue.
