  • During the Due Diligence period, Motus Development was able to secure a Right in / Right out along Rt. 422, which enhanced the value of the site and led to securing Tower Health to a 15-year turn-key. lease. In addition, Motus designed the site to accommodate a second 6,000 SF PAD site.
  • Motus Development began land development in 2020 and D&B Construction began verticals in 2021.
  • D&B Construction completed delivery to Tower Health on October 1, 2021.
