Motus Development to Deliver New Berks County Veterans Affairs Community Clinic, Advancing Regional Healthcare and Commercial Real Estate Development
October 20, 2026 - WYOMISSING, Pa. — Motus Development, a locally-owned commercial real estate investment and development company headquartered in Wyomissing, Pennsylvania, is proud to partner with the VA Lebanon Healthcare System on the development of a new Berks County Veterans Affairs Community Clinic (VACC). The project represents another significant milestone in Motus Development’s continued growth throughout the region and demonstrates the company’s ability to bring together relationships across the commercial real estate industry, local communities, and government to advance projects that deliver lasting value.
The new clinic will be located at 4710 Penn Avenue, in Sinking Spring, Pennsylvania, within a portion of the former Fecera’s Furniture building. The facility will replace the existing federal VA clinic at 2762 Century Boulevard in Wyomissing and significantly expand the space available to serve Veterans throughout Berks County.
Building on a Track Record of Regional Development
For Motus Development, the Berks County VACC is another example of how strategic relationships, market knowledge, and coordinated execution can help transform real estate opportunities into projects with a meaningful community impact.
Motus has continued to build its presence across the region through a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate projects. The company has also advanced neighboring Sinking Spring projects, including the Popeyes (4650 Penn Avenue) and Starbuck’s (4614 Penn Avenue) and another development project underway at 4889 Penn Avenue, consisting of 10 acres of retail and 228 garden-style apartments.
These projects reflect Motus Development’s ability to work across different property types, engage with stakeholders, and navigate the planning and development process to help move projects forward.
