Gateway at Berkshire is a redevelopment of the former Sears and Sears Automotive at the Berkshire Mall in Wyomissing Pennsylvania.   Motus has various plans in place for the 15 acres of the northern end of the mall site including three Retail Pad sites which will have room to accommodate a C-Store, QSR and multiple other single tenant uses.  The existing building contains a two story retail building with 77,000 sf. on the main level and up to 47,000 sf. on the second level.  For more info and to be part of the new Gateway at Berkshire.
