Motus Development finalized the sale of Lot 4 in Sinking Spring PA to Store4u self storage. Motus Development completed all three lots along the western part of the site including the sale of Lot 3 to Tommy's Carwash, the Lease and Build to Suit of Lot 5 to Popeyes and Lot 4 to Store4u.
Motus Development is currently developing Lot 1 on the eastern part of the site which will be home to Starbucks.
